Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience and a BA/BS degree.
Experience leading complex negotiations and contract formation for data center contracts.
Knowledge of site selection, real estate development, and lease agreements.

Responsibilities

Lead lease negotiations from demand signals to general availability with critical metrics.
Coordinate multiple lease projects with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders.
Work with capacity planners to understand site requirements in metros/regions.
Develop metro strategies, evaluate and negotiate leases for approval.
Drive terms with lease providers and ensure executable lease documents.
Provide market research and investment write-ups for governance.
