Job summary

Meta seeks a Principal for Strategic Data Center Partnerships to shape Meta’s global data center portfolio and drive rapid capacity growth through strategic collaborations. You will structure and negotiate investments with financial institutions, developers, and asset owners, aligning with Meta’s AI initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional teams across design, engineering, construction, finance and legal, driving complex deals and governance while traveling heavily to build key relationships

Qualifications

• 10+ years in private equity, investments or infrastructure development with data center or power focus.
• Strong financial structuring, investment analysis and infrastructure asset experience.
• Proven track record delivering large capital projects with complex commercial structures.
• Strategic thinker who influences executive stakeholders in ambiguous environments.
• Proven leadership across large teams and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for structuring and executing complex data center investment partnerships.
• Grow and manage the strategic partnerships program and develop partner opportunities.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, finance and legal to meet capacity targets.
• Lead financial modeling, valuation and sensitivity analysis for investments.
• Establish governance around partnership arrangements and participate in negotiations.
• Develop long-term relationships with key third-party partners and industry players.
• Interface with global investment community to meet infrastructure needs.
• Travel 25%+ domestically and internationally.
