Job summary

Meta designs, builds, leases, and operates data centers and seeks a Principal, Strategic Data Center Partnerships to expand Meta’s data center portfolio globally in line with AI initiatives. This role partners with financial institutions, developers, and asset owners to develop large-scale capacity solutions.

The candidate will lead complex investment structures, financial modeling, and governance to enable rapid capacity expansion while aligning with Meta’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders and driving decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for structuring, negotiating, and executing complex investment partnerships.
• Grow and lead the strategic partnerships program for data center capacity growth.
• Collaborate across design, engineering, construction, finance, and legal to execute plans.
• Lead financial modeling, valuation, and sensitivity analysis for investments.
• Align governance around partnership arrangements and manage relationships with third-party partners.
• Interface with global investment/infrastructure community to meet Meta’s needs.
• Travel domestically and internationally (25%+).
