Oracle Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Center/Networking Procurement Contracts to lead a global team of six contracts professionals. You will guide priorities, negotiate NNN data center leases, colocation, networking, and energy agreements, and partner with Procurement, Legal, and Finance to drive high‑value transactions.

The role requires deep contract‑negotiation experience, strong leadership, and the ability to balance speed with governance across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• Deep commercial‑contract negotiation experience in data center, real estate, telecom/networking, energy, or infrastructure procurement.
• Ability to lead high‑value, time‑sensitive negotiations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience managing a global contracts team and developing team capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of contracts professionals supporting data center infrastructure buildout and operations.
• Negotiate data center leases, colocation, networking, energy and low‑voltage agreements.
• Develop priorities, governance practices and process improvements to accelerate contracting while managing risk.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, OCI, and business leaders to align strategies.
• Regularly engage with senior leadership to communicate strategy and risk.
