The Senior Manager, Data Center/Networking Procurement Contracts Team leads a global team of six contracts professionals responsible for supporting Oracle’s rapidly expanding data center infrastructure buildout and ongoing operations. This leader will set priorities, develop team capability, and ensure timely, commercially sound contract support for complex, high-value infrastructure transactions across multiple geographies.
The role is responsible for leading and overseeing negotiation of a broad portfolio of agreements, including data center (NNN) leases and colocation agreements, networking agreements, energy and utility agreements, and low-voltage contracts. Working closely with Procurement, Legal, OCI, Finance, and business leaders, the Senior Manager will help structure agreements that balance speed, risk, cost, operational requirements, and Oracle’s long‑term strategic objectives.
Success in this role requires strong people leadership, commercial judgment, and deep contract‑negotiation experience. The Senior Manager will guide the team through sophisticated negotiations, resolve escalated commercial and contractual issues, establish consistent contracting practices, and drive process improvements that enable the organization to move quickly while maintaining appropriate governance and risk management.
