Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Account Director, Data Center Logistics to lead and scale complex logistics operations for critical data center infrastructure globally. Reporting to the VP of Data Center Services, the role combines strategic leadership with customer-facing engagement across NA, EMEA, and APAC, and requires 25–50% travel to various sites.

This hybrid leadership position mandates a minimum of two onsite days per week in Louisville, Kentucky, with candidates within driving distance encouraged

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
• Experience managing complex 3PL operations and logistics providers.
• Proven ability to develop executive-level proposals and lead customer-facing organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for data center logistics and 3PL services across regions.
• Lead large-scale programs supporting data center deployments, operations, and asset lifecycle management.
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, and governance frameworks for operational excellence and scalability.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders across regions.
• Develop and present proposals, business cases, and service offerings addressing cross-border requirements.
• Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions with global customers and partners.
