Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, seeks a Data Center Deployment Logistics Technician to manage equipment from procurement to deployment, maintain asset records, and handle RMA processes across global data centers.

You will collaborate with Infrastructure, Data Center Ops, and Supply Chain teams, ensuring timely, accurate deliveries; this role requires presence at data centers five days a week and up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data center operations, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong understanding of hardware components (servers, GPUs, NICs, cabling, power).
• Experience in or with RMA processes and vendor communications.
• Proficient with inventory tracking systems and asset management tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory tracking for servers, GPUs, networking gear, and components.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments; verify against PO and BOMs.
• Organize assets and use ERP tools to track deployment status.
• Coordinate hardware staging, kitting, shipment, and receiving for deployments.
• Manage RMA processes, vendor communications, and documentation.
