Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is a leader in AI cloud infrastructure with a global deployment pipeline spanning warehouses to racks. This Data Center Deployment Logistics Technician role focuses on inventory accuracy, staging, shipping, and RMA processes to keep AI infrastructure moving efficiently.

You will partner with Infrastructure Deployment, Data Center Operations, RMA, and Supply Chain teams and travel up to 50% to data center sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data center operations, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong knowledge of servers, GPUs, NICs, cabling, and power systems.
• Experience with RMA processes and vendor communications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory for servers, GPUs, networking gear, and components across warehouses and data centers.
• Coordinate hardware staging, kitting, shipment, and receiving for large deployments; ensure component availability.
• Manage the RMA process for defective or failed components and track replacements.
• Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with procurement, deployment, and engineering to improve logistics workflows.
