Gcore is seeking a Global Data Center Capacity Manager to secure capacity for its AI, cloud, network, and security platforms. In this market-facing role, you will build relationships with data center operators and developers, identify opportunities, and shape sourcing strategies to stay ahead of demand across multiple markets.

You will collaborate with Capacity Planning, Engineering, Network, Finance and Legal to translate market opportunities into actionable sourcing plans and commercial

Qualifications

• Proven track record in data center capacity sourcing or development.
• Established network with operators, developers or brokers.
• Understanding of wholesale/hyperscale colocation markets.
• Knowledge of critical power, rack density, cooling, and infrastructure delivery timelines.
• Experience enabling cloud and GPU infra deployments at scale.
• Strong commercial judgment and stakeholder management.
• Ability to build opportunities across multiple markets and functions.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with data center operators, developers, brokers and other partners.
• Identify available and upcoming data center capacity across target markets.
• Develop early intelligence on new developments, expansions, and capacity opportunities.
• Maintain a structured capacity pipeline with MW availability, RFS dates, density, cooling and connectivity.
• Identify off-market and early-stage opportunities before broad market marketing.
• Qualify sites and capacity opportunities for feasibility.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Network to ensure fit for cloud/high-density infra.
• Translate future demand into a forward-looking capacity pipeline and engage providers early.
• Support sourcing strategies and commercial negotiations with market intelligence.
• Explore capacity reservations, build-to-suit opportunities and expansion rights.
• Contribute to ongoing data center sourcing and supplier strategy.
