Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a data analytics professional to build advanced dashboards and analytics that drive OpEx performance across multi-site operations. You will track key metrics, define KPIs, and translate strategy into actionable reporting and governance frameworks.

The role requires 3–5 years in data analytics or Operational Excellence, strong Excel plus Power BI/Tableau, and ERP experience. Occasional extra hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Statistics, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, Operational Excellence, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Continuous Improvement.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Experience in Operational Excellence, Lean, or Six Sigma environments.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (JD Edwards, SAP, other).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve advanced analytics and dashboards informing strategic decisions and OpEx performance.
• Track and analyze key operational metrics (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People).
• Ensure consistent KPI definitions and reporting standards.
• Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across sites and functions.
• Connect KPI performance to business outcomes (revenue, EBITDA, customer impact).
• Collaborate globally and across functions to align reporting and performance management.
