You will work alongside seasoned professionals to gain practical insight into training and dairy herd management. The internship runs May 24–August 1, with hourly compensation and housing responsibility of the intern.

• Serve as a positive representation of the Select Sires, Inc. Mission and Core Values.
• Gain exposure to developing and delivering training to field teams.
• Understand our company’s utilization and implementation of genetic strategies and tools.
• Contribute training expertise and knowledge to our online training platform for employees.
• Participate in on‑farm training and learn best practices for dairy herd management.
• Understand and implement a dairy or beef herd monitoring system.
