Job summary

Google.org's Stronger Communities team is seeking a leader to drive the Cybersecurity portfolio globally. You will partner with regional teams to set ambitious goals, develop grant roadmaps, and oversee cybersecurity grantmaking across the philanthropic landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects involving AI-augmented workflows or emerging technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead global cybersecurity strategy development and grantmaking.
• Build strategic global programs and grants including AI-enabled defense tools.
• Lead AI-enabled operational efficiency through research and diligence workflows.
• Build a global community of practice and measure program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Policy, Security, Communications, and Marketing for program launches.
