Google.org seeks a Global Cybersecurity Manager to lead the cybersecurity strategy and grantmaking across worldwide teams, including Mountain View, Atlanta, Playa Vista, Chicago, and other US locations. The role focuses on advancing AI-enabled defense tools and strategic partnerships to strengthen critical systems used daily.

You will collaborate with regional teams, manage cross-functional programs, and drive data-driven program effectiveness across the philanthropic tech sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of program or project management experience.
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects involving AI-augmented workflows or emerging technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead global strategy development for the Cybersecurity portfolio with measurable goals.
• Develop global programs and grants, including AI-enabled defense tools, while developing partnerships across philanthropic sector.
• Lead AI-enabled operational efficiency by integrating AI-assisted research and diligence workflows to accelerate grant evaluation and portfolio synthesis.
• Build and lead a global community of practice to foster knowledge sharing and track program effectiveness with data analytics.
• Serve as primary liaison for global Policy, Security, Communications, and Marketing to drive high-profile program launches.
