Job summary

Carnival is seeking a Cybersecurity Risk Program Manager to drive the enterprise risk management program across a global portfolio and multiple brands. The role partners with Governance, IT, Privacy, Legal, Internal Audit, and business leadership to ensure consistent risk identification, assessment, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cybersecurity, information security, enterprise risk management, governance, compliance, audit, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years leading enterprise programs or cross-functional initiatives within a complex global organization.
• Experience managing project and program risks.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day execution of the global Cybersecurity Risk Management Program and operational functions.
• Coordinate enterprise cybersecurity risk assessment activities across applications, infrastructure, cloud services, OT, third-party providers, and business initiatives.
• Develop executive dashboards, KRIs, KPIs, and operational metrics for cybersecurity risk.
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory examinations with risk documentation.
