Job summary

Carnival Corporation & plc is seeking a Cybersecurity Risk Specialist in South Florida to support first- and third-party risk programs, aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements. You will identify, monitor and report risks, assemble governance materials and dashboards for senior leaders, and collaborate across IT, Legal and Compliance to improve risk management maturity.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 1–2 years of cybersecurity risk experience;

Qualifications

• Knowledge of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) and cybersecurity risk management principles.
• Understanding of security concepts: IAM, vulnerability management, data protection and network security.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to document findings clearly.
• Experience with risk reporting and control frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess and monitor inherent and residual cybersecurity risks (first and third party).
• Maintain cybersecurity risk registers and escalate/tail risks.
• Prepare governance materials, dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, Privacy and business stakeholders on cybersecurity requirements.
• Support planning and maturity assessments to improve risk management programs.
