Job summary

Plexus is seeking a Cybersecurity Operations Manager to lead the global SOC and incident response program. You will own security operations, drive 24/7 monitoring, and coordinate MSSP/MDR vendors to protect Plexus across cloud and on‑prem environments.

You will manage a team, define roadmaps, and push for continuous improvement in DLP, data protection, and cyber defense. A strong leadership background and advanced cybersecurity expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related field; 5+ years of experience preferred
• Experience leading security operations, SOC management, and incident response
• Strong knowledge of cloud/hybrid environments (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) and security tooling

Responsibilities

• Lead global security operations and SOC processes to ensure maturity and resilience
• Oversee incident response policies, playbooks, and post-incident reviews
• Manage vulnerability assessments and remediation with IT and development teams
• Coordinate SOC-related vendor relationships (MSSP/MDR) and tooling optimization
• Drive security metrics (MTTD/MTTR) and continuous process improvements
