Job summary

Aon is seeking an Office of the CISO Lead for Cybersecurity Operations & Engineering to drive strategic execution and operational excellence across Cybersecurity Operations, Data Defense, and Counter Threat Engineering.

The role partners with senior technology and business leaders to translate priorities into measurable outcomes, establish consistent operating rhythms, and deliver multi-functional initiatives with data-informed decision making.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting CISO, CIO, technology executive, or enterprise security leadership.
• Experience leading cybersecurity operations teams or enterprise security programs.
• Experience working across regions and time zones in a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into coordinated plans, objectives, and outcomes.
• Own executive planning, governance routines, and business reviews.
• Coordinate complex cybersecurity programs across multiple teams; manage dependencies and risk.
• Prepare concise briefings and dashboards for leadership decisions.
• Define and mature operational metrics, KPIs, and reporting routines.
• Identify risks and dependencies; drive resolution or present options.
