Job summary

Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is seeking a Cybersecurity GRC Manager to lead and mature our global GRC program in a complex industrial environment, reporting to the CISO. The role combines governance, risk management, and compliance across regulatory and customer requirements to strengthen resilience and trust.

You will partner with Legal, Compliance, IT, and business leaders, coordinate audits and evidence requests, and drive improvements in risk visibility, metrics, and executive reporting.

• Experience building and maturing a security GRC program.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical actions.
• Cross-functional governance in industrial environments.
• Strong influencing and communication in a matrix org.

Responsibilities

• Own and mature the KES cybersecurity GRC program.
• Represent cybersecurity in internal meetings and review boards.
• Build and manage risk registers, findings, and remediation plans.
• Coordinate audits, evidence requests, and remediation tracking.
• Support supplier and third-party cybersecurity risk management.
• Coordinate awareness program and track effectiveness.
• Monitor risks and regulatory changes to improve executive reporting.
