Job summary

Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) seeks a Cybersecurity GRC Manager in Wichita, KS to own and mature our global cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance program. You will report to the CISO and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and business leaders to manage risk, compliance obligations, and governance practices across a complex industrial environment.

You will coordinate audits, risk registers, remediation plans, and policy enforcement while supporting customer and supplier cybersecurity

Qualifications

• Experience leading cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance programs.
• Ability translate regulatory/customer requirements into actionable steps.
• Strong cross-functional influencing skills in a matrixed organization.
• Proven track record with risk registers, remediation tracking and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and mature the KES cybersecurity GRC program with governance, policies and accountability.
• Represent the cybersecurity function in internal reviews and cross-functional forums.
• Develop risk processes, registers, findings, remediation plans and ownership.
• Coordinate compliance obligations across regulatory, contractual and customer requirements.
• Coordinate audits, evidence requests and remediation tracking with Legal, Compliance and IT.
• Support supplier and contractor cybersecurity risk management and reviews.
• Lead the cybersecurity awareness program with the Koch organization.
• Monitor risks, regulatory changes, and program metrics for executive reporting.
