Job summary

Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is seeking a Cybersecurity GRC Manager to build and scale a global GRC program in a complex industrial environment. The role reports to the CISO and focuses on governance, risk, and compliance to support resilience and trust.

Locations include Wichita, KS; Tulsa, OK; Houston, TX; or Scottsdale, AZ with up to 10% travel. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

Experience in cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance program management.
Experience interpreting regulatory, contractual, and customer requirements and translating to actions.
Experience partnering with cross-functional leaders.
Ability to influence in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

Own and mature the global cybersecurity GRC program with governance, policies, standards, and accountability.
Represent cybersecurity in internal reviews, boards, and cross-functional forums.
Build and manage risk processes: risk registers, findings, remediation ownership, and escalation.
Oversee regulatory, contractual, and customer cybersecurity requirements and mapping to business actions.
Coordinate audits, assessments, evidence requests, and customer reviews with Legal, Compliance, IT, and business leaders.
Support third-party risk management for customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
Lead the cybersecurity awareness program in partnership with Koch security teams.
Monitor risks, regulatory changes, technology trends, and metrics for improved visibility and reporting.
