The successful candidate will drive incident response, vulnerability management, and security awareness while partnering with Corporate Information Security and business leadership to strengthen the organization’s security posture.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of cybersecurity leadership experience in global organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Professional cybersecurity certification required (e.g., CISSP, CISM); additional certifications preferred.
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, regulations, and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA, GDPR).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior information security leader for the division, aligning divisional security priorities with Abbott's enterprise cybersecurity strategy, policies, and risk management framework.
• Accountable for cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk oversight across enterprise, manufacturing, and product domains, driving secure practices.
• Lead the divisional ISMS, ensuring effective implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of security controls and governance.
• Coordinate divisional participation in enterprise security programs, including awareness, testing, and compliance activities.
