Job summary

Quest Software is seeking a Senior Manager, Global IT Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC), and Privacy to lead its IT GRC and privacy program globally. You will own enterprise risk governance, audit readiness, privacy controls, and compliance operations across regulatory environments.

You will guide strategy, elevate control maturity, and lead a small team while collaborating with Legal, Security Engineering, and business partners.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT GRC, information security, privacy, or audit.
• Experience with NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27017/27018/27701, SOC2.
• Ability to communicate complex risk to executives and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and enforcement of IT policies and standards globally.
• Own enterprise IT risk register and third-party risk processes.
• Oversee SOX readiness and privacy/compliance programs.
• Develop multi-year GRC and privacy roadmap; coach team.
