DoorDash, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Global Cyber Defense to lead Incident Response, Detection Engineering, Threat Intelligence, and Insider Threat teams worldwide.

You will report to the Global Chief Security Officer and shape the security posture across all markets and brands. You will partner with the CSO and senior leaders to align cyber defense with business objectives, oversee global response to incidents, and drive maturity in engineering-first security programs, including

Qualifications

• 15+ years of cyber defense experience with 10+ in a cloud-native environment.
• 10+ years of people management within a security org.
• Experience leading global incident response and security operations at tech companies.
• Deep technical security expertise across cyber defense areas.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong collaboration across IT, legal, compliance, HR and business units.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the CSO and senior leaders to align Cyber Defense with business goals.
• Lead incident response, containment, recovery, and remediation across global teams.
• Coordinate with internal and external responders, law enforcement, and cross-functional partners.
• Identify insider threats and work with Legal, Fraud, and HR to mitigate risks.
• Evaluate and implement advanced threat detection and analytics to improve detection capabilities.
• Develop and evolve scalable cyber defense services leveraging AI where appropriate.
• Define SLAs and drive operational resilience and reliability.
• Mentor security engineers and managers to foster continuous learning.
