Job summary

Flexport is seeking a Customs Specialist to help build our Customs team. You will ensure data quality from clients and suppliers through to our internal team, entering product information quickly and accurately to optimize onboarding and delivery.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle nitty-gritty tasks in the freight and logistics industry. Onsite role within our global operations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred but not required.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Next-level attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the quality of data from client and supplier through to Flexport’s Customs team.
• Enter commercial product information with speed, consistency and accuracy.
• Refine and expand the processes to help optimize our data onboarding and delivery.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail and value accuracy.
• Ensure quality control on international shipment documents.
