Job summary

Flexport is seeking a Customs Specialist to ensure data quality from clients and suppliers flows into our Customs team. You will enter product information rapidly and accurately, refine onboarding processes, and maintain high attention to detail while ensuring quality control on international shipment documents.

We're looking for a Customs Specialist to help build our Customs team.

You will:

• Be responsible for the quality of data from client and supplier through to Flexport’s Customs team
• Enter commercial product information with speed, consistency and accuracy
• Refine and expand the processes to help optimize our data onboarding and delivery
• Demonstrate high attention to detail and value accuracy
• Ensure quality control on international shipment documents

You should have:

• A BA/BS Degree preferred, but not required
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel
• A selfless mindset willing to work in the nitty gritty of the freight and logistics industry to deliver for our clients
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Next-level attention to detail and follow-through

The US base salary range for this position (this does not include bonus, equity and benefits):

$23.50 — $23.50 USD
