• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or SCM.
• Five years of import/export clearance experience in FTZ.
• Knowledge of FTZ principles and US export/import regulations.
• Proficiency with Excel and Access.
• Current US Customs Broker License or pursuing license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Prepare/file timely reports with Customs, FTZ Board, Grantee and SMA management.
• Perform freight, FTZ and customs audits to meet compliance requirements.
• Provide export classifications and determine license requirements.
• Apply for export licenses when required.
• Maintain customs procedures manuals, records of audits and shipments.
• Develop processes to improve supply chain compliance & FTZ performance.
• Create compliance documentation for DC operations.
• Interface with internal/external stakeholders and government agencies.
• Code and audit freight invoices for accuracy for timely payment.
