Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Domestic and International Team Supervisor to lead daily customer service and inside sales activities for Killark's business, overseeing international territories and key accounts.

The role combines hands-on account management with team leadership to drive customer satisfaction, sales growth, and operational efficiency, while coaching a 6-8 member team and collaborating across functions.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, account management, or related roles.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of order management, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products, and customer service processes.
• Associate's Degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned international customers, distributors, and sales partners.
• Manage customer accounts and orders from quotation through delivery and after-sales support.
• Build strong customer relationships, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead and support the daily activities of the International Inside Sales team.
• Set priorities, manage workloads, and ensure consistent customer service.
• Coach, train, and develop team members.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Drive performance in order accuracy, response times, backlog management, and delivery support.
• Partner with Operations and Production to resolve customer and supply chain issues.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and standard operating procedures.
• Utilize SAP, Salesforce, and reporting tools to monitor team and territory performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Pricing, Operations, Finance, and Project Management teams.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex customer issues.
