Job summary

Pure Storage, Inc. is seeking an Architect for Global Customer Advocacy to lead the voice of our strategic customers.

You will design evidence programs that demonstrate the value of the Everpure Platform and work across Sales, Product Marketing, and Leadership to convert customer success into growth narratives. You will recruit Fortune 500 executives, develop executive testimonials and joint presentations, and build cross-functional networks to align customer stories with GTM priorities.

Qualifications

Deep expertise in building and scaling global customer advocacy initiatives.
Proven ability to engage with C-suite and executive leaders at enterprise brands.
Ability to translate complex technical transformations into persuasive customer narratives.
Experience guiding multi-stakeholder programs without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Drive Fortune 500 executive advocacy strategy and partnerships.
Architect end-to-end customer evidence assets, including videos, case studies, and joint events.
Build cross-functional networks across Sales, CS, Product Marketing, and Regional Field Marketing.
Govern customer experience and engagement to ensure high-touch, mutually beneficial relationships.
Pioneer scalable content and enablement programs for field teams.
