Job summary

Sandisk seeks a Senior Director, Chief Security Officer to lead global security strategy, programs and risk management across our facilities, IP, and people. You will drive policy, governance, and technology initiatives, reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, and partner with executives and regulators worldwide.

The role requires building a high-performing security organization, overseeing incident response, threat management, and cross-functional collaboration while aligning with business goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years in corporate security, law enforcement, and/or military.
• At least 5 years in corporate-security leadership with C-suite support.
• Global security operations management experience.
• Experience in executive protection and program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead global enterprise-wide security programs and mitigation strategies.
• Develop strategy, governance, processes for security operations and tech.
• Serve as senior incident commander for security incidents.
• Attract, retain and develop security talent; build resilient orgs.
• Oversee budgets and cross-functional security initiatives.
