Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in relevant fields.
• 2+ years in internet product management, with 1+ year in compliance/sub-station product management.
• Familiarity with digital currency industry and compliance requirements (AML, KYC, data protection).
• Strong compliance risk awareness and issue resolution ability.
• Experience in full product lifecycle management and independent PRD writing.
• Excellent cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills.
• English proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and manage compliance products for the crypto exchange.
• Manage regional sub-station products with localization and compliance adaptation.
• Track global policy changes and assess business risks.
• Design and optimize AML/KYC and identity authentication modules.
• Develop compliance tools to improve automation and review efficiency.
• Collaborate with technical, legal, risk control, and operations teams.
• Write Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and coordinate launches.
• Monitor post-launch compliance execution and regional regulations.
• Design and optimize data monitoring and reporting for management decisions.
