Massachusetts Maritime Academy, Inc is seeking a Cruise Industry Project Manager to lead shipboard and land-based projects. You will develop surveys, manage scope, schedule, budget, and logistics, and coordinate with PMs, leads, contractors, and vendors to deliver high-quality results.

The role requires strong maritime engineering knowledge, leadership, and the ability to travel up to 150+ days per year. Weekend and holiday work may be required; bilingual Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.

Qualifications

• PMP certification or training is a plus.
• Proficiency with project management software (Mondays, Procore, Microsoft) and blueprint reading.
• Proven track record delivering complex marine projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, risk management and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop project scopes and materials lists with subject matter experts and leads.
• Coordinate logistics and assign project crew to shipboard and land-based projects.
• Estimate scope of work and budgets, maintaining project documentation.
• Purchase materials and coordinate with GM and purchasing teams.
• Monitor progress, report status, and take corrective action to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and safety requirements.
