Job summary

Google is seeking a Global Technical Program Manager within Data Center Operations to lead the Cross Functional Program (CFP). You will drive requirements, risks, schedules, and communications across tightly coupled teams from engineers to site operations.

You will design and launch the CFP engagement model, develop charters and BRDs, and govern metrics to scale across the enterprise while applying AI/ML to automate tasks and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of program management experience in 24x7 operations (data centers, manufacturing, oil and gas).
• Experience navigating ambiguity to drive cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch the global CFP engagement model with standardized business rhythms.
• Create foundational artifacts: charters, BRDs, RACI models, workflow charts.
• Govern KPI scorecards and escalation paths for underperformance.
• Lead change management for proactive, scalable planning.
• Deploy AI/ML to solve problems and deliver scalable impact.
