Job summary

Ohalo is seeking a Global Crop Product Manager to coordinate go-to-market execution across Breeding, Sales, Channel Management, Regulatory, and Supply Chain. You will drive portfolio planning, pricing, and growth strategies for new varieties from concept to commercial launch.

You will collaborate with Breeding to align roadmaps, manage launches, and ensure regulatory readiness across markets. Travel to trial sites and partner locations is expected as part of growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or commercial strategy, preferably in agriculture/seed.
• Track record bringing innovative products into new categories or markets.
• Proven cross-functional program leadership from concept to launch.
• Ability to translate agronomic data into commercial strategy, pricing, and positioning.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and commercial audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial variety portfolio planning for a crop and prioritize growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Breeding to align pipelines with product roadmaps and commercial strategies.
• Manage hand-offs of commercial variety selections from Breeding to Commercial teams for launches.
• Align product launches with regulatory and variety registration status in each country.
• Lead go-to-market planning for new varieties from pre-commercial to scaled launch.
• Develop standout marketing collateral, value propositions, and pricing messaging with Sales/Finance.
• Own demand forecasting and coordinate with Seed Production and Supply Chain.
• Serve as the cross-functional bridge between Breeding, Sales, Channel Management, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.
