Responsibilities

• Develop communication to influence stakeholders in a meaningful and actionable manner.
• Support Credit Risk Management functions (line maintenance, client data management, limit breach monitoring, NAV gathering).
• Review processes to maintain strong adherence to controls.
• Review key metrics to support workflow and SLA adherence.
• Exercise independent judgment in decisions.
• Collaborate with CRMO leads and stakeholders to define business cases for process improvements.
• Demonstrate analytical skills with large data sets and draw conclusions.
• Raise issues to management and help develop sustainable solutions.
• Participate in initiatives promoting respect, opportunity, and inclusion.
