JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Credit Risk Middle Office - Analyst to support the Wholesale Credit Risk organization globally within the Reporting, Middle Office, and Control function. You will monitor limit breaches, perform client maintenance, and resolve operational issues to ensure effective credit risk oversight and control.

The role emphasizes risk management, stakeholder collaboration, and adherence to controls while supporting various credit risk functions across the firm.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in financial services, operations, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of products and services offered by major financial institutions and risk disciplines.
• Ability to identify problems and collaborate with management to develop solutions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter capable of thriving in a multi-tasking environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop solid communication skills to influence stakeholders effectively.
• Provide comprehensive support for Credit Risk Management including data management, limit breach monitoring, and NAV gathering.
• Build knowledge of processes and maintain strong adherence to controls.
• Review key metrics to support workflow and SLA adherence.
• Exercise independent decision-making with sound judgment.
• Collaborate with CRMO leads to define business cases for process improvements.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and analytical skills to synthesize data and draw conclusions.
• Raise issues to management and assist in sustainable solutions.
• Engage in initiatives promoting respect, opportunity, and inclusion.
