• Demonstrated success balancing risk management with commercial objectives while delivering high‑quality outcomes.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to explain complex credit decisions, negotiate approval terms and build credibility with stakeholders.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, work independently on diverse challenges and identify practical solutions in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive informed credit decisions that enable profitable growth while ensuring risks are identified, assessed and managed in line with credit strategies and policies.
