Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates seeks a Creator Commerce Lead to build a global Mars Commerce Creator Network that drives brand reach and omnichannel sales growth. The role sits within the Global Digital Commerce team and collaborates with Brand & Content, Media, Integrated Intelligence, Digital Technologies,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in influencer marketing, social commerce, digital commerce or digital marketing roles.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization; CPG digital commerce or marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Track record of building and managing influencer or creator programs at scale, including strategy and day-to-day operations.
• Prior experience with TikTok Shop, Instagram Shopping or YouTube shopping creator programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, build and ongoing governance of a Mars Commerce Creator Network.
• Develop the Mars-specific creator value proposition that blends commercial, creative and brand benefits to enable recruitment and retention activities.
• Identify and onboard the required specialist agency and technology solutions to support community interaction, performance management, and insight development.
• Deploy the capability collaboratively with lead regions and brands in sprints to iterate the model before scaling globally.
• Builds creator discovery and vetting process with the support of agentic capabilities to identify creators with highest commerce conversion potential in Mars Snacking categories.
