Job summary

Mars is seeking a Creator Commerce Lead to build a global Mars Commerce Creator Network that drives brand reach and omnichannel sales growth. You will recruit the best food and snacking creators and develop best-practices for creator identification, recruitment, and measurement.

The role sits within the Global Digital Commerce team and collaborates with Brand & Content, Media, and Legal to deliver scalable creator activations across social platforms and retailers, with a strong focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in influencer marketing, social/digital commerce.

Responsibilities

• Build the Mars Commerce Creator Network and govern it.
• Develop Mars-specific creator value proposition to recruit and retain creators.
• Identify and onboard specialist agencies and technology to support community interaction and insight development.
• Deploy the capability with lead regions and brands in sprints before scaling globally.
• Lead creator discovery and vetting to identify high-potential creators in Mars Snacking categories.
• Support regions with events to engage creators and onboard them to the Mars Network.
• Create onboarding programs to build creator content skills and brand knowledge.
• Build feedback loops between performance data and creators to optimize campaigns.
• Track network health metrics and develop incentive structures to build loyalty across tiers.
• Pioneer new ways to activate creators across platforms and retailers.
