Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Counsel for Global Commercial Operations to counsel on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues related to promotion, sales, patient support programs, contracting, education and scientific exchange of biopharmaceutical products.

You will advise on fraud, abuse, and regulatory developments, assess program risks, review communications, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support compliant business strategies.

Qualifications

• J.D. or LL.M. degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction.
• Two (2) years of legal practice experience.

Responsibilities

• Counsel on fraud and abuse matters relating to commercial activities in healthcare.
• Assess and approve patient support programs for legal risk.
• Review and approve promotional, educational and patient materials.
