Job summary

Culmen International, LLC is seeking Corrections Advisors and Instructors for a global mission to enhance criminal justice training. Candidates must possess a minimum of one year corrections experience and demonstrate strong presentation skills. This role involves international travel and mentoring corrections personnel at various levels.

Successful applicants will engage in developing corrections best practices while ensuring the humane treatment of inmates and facilitating effective operations. Must maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of corrections experience as an officer.
• Experience in advising and training correctional personnel.
• Valid US Passport and willingness to travel OCONUS.
• Must obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory support to correctional institutions.
• Deliver training on corrections best practices.
• Mentor corrections personnel at various levels.
• Conduct assessments and recommend improvements.
• Support capacity building for correctional intelligence.
• Develop budget management and training procedures.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and justice-sector partners.
