Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group USA is seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant to deliver boutique-level service for corporate accounts from our Park Ridge, New Jersey location. Expect hands-on booking across air, car, hotel, and ground transportation with standard procedures and strong customer focus.

The ideal candidate will have GDS experience (Sabre preferred), superb attention to detail, and the ability to build lasting client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Make professional business travel arrangements for corporate accounts (air, car, hotel, ground transport).
• Follow company procedures, account guidelines and service standards.
• Collaborate with team members to service clients effectively.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Provide solutions to travel-related problems clients may experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned and contribute to a safe, inclusive work environment.
