M.C. Dean is seeking a Travel Coordinator to process and book travel requests globally, including airlines, hotels, and transportation, with heavy emphasis on Sabre proficiency and strong customer service.

The role requires a flexible, rotating schedule and office work in Virginia Beach, VA. Ideal candidates have extensive travel booking experience, data entry skills, and the ability to prepare travel statistics for multiple company divisions, with a focus on accuracy and efficient handling of

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with a high school diploma.
• 0+ years of experience with a Bachelor degree.

Responsabilités

• Telephoning hotels and motels to substantiate monthly cost allocations.
• Preparing and providing travel input to statistical reports for all travel performed by each company, division and department of MCD.
• Performing daily data entry to all department reports systems; including statistical compilation.
• Gathers information and follows procedures for booking all travel discipline utilizing proprietary software.
• Assists in personal travel arrangements for employees of MCD.
• Compiles and reports statistical compilation for all travel disciplines.
• This position will require you to have a rotating schedule.
