Eppendorf Holding, Inc. seeks an senior corporate tax leader to own compliance, accounting and support for strategic tax initiatives across multiple jurisdictions. You will file U.S. federal returns (1120, 5471, 1118, 899x) and multi‑state returns, manage tax audits, and oversee tax provision and Canadian filings.

The role requires 8+ years inside tax with CPA/CA preferred, strong analytical skills and ability to communicate with finance and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive corporate tax experience in public accounting or corporate tax departments.
• Experience supporting complex organizations with multi-entity structures and jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax regulations and multi-state return preparation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and filing of U.S. federal corporate income tax returns (Forms 1120, 5471, 1118, 899x).
• Manage multi-state income/franchise tax returns and tax audits with timely responses.
• Lead tax provision process and tax accounting for consolidated groups and Canadian entity.
