Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced attorney to provide broad-based legal support across employment, corporate governance, contracting, finance, and enterprise matters. You will partner with the VP, General Counsel, North America and business leaders to deliver practical, risk-balanced advice.

The role demands strong business judgment, independent matter management, and collaboration across functions and jurisdictions to help the company navigate complex legal challenges.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 3–7+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably with a combination of law firm and in‑house experience.
• Experience supporting employment, corporate governance, finance, commercial contracting, and general business counseling matters in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide broad-based legal support across employment, governance, finance, contracting, and enterprise matters.
• Partner with the VP, General Counsel, North America and business leaders to deliver timely, pragmatic legal advice.
• Manage day‑to‑day legal matters independently while escalating significant risks as needed.
• Review and advise on complex contracts and contractual risk; develop templates and playbooks.
