Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced attorney to provide broad-based legal support across employment, finance, governance, contracting, and other enterprise matters. The role reports to the VP, General Counsel, North America and partners with business leaders to deliver timely, pragmatic legal advice.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and assess risk.
• Ability to manage matters independently balancing risk, objectives and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication across functions and jurisdictions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Ironclad experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary legal advisor to HR on employee relations.
• Advise on employment, wage/hour, leave, disability issues.
• Support restructurings and workforce reductions.
• Draft and review employment-related agreements and policies.
• Support governance, board materials, and entity records.
• Coordinate with Finance, Tax, Compliance on matters.
