We’re looking for a US-qualified attorney with 5+ years in legal practice, skilled in securities law, governance, and international subsidiaries, capable of handling complex transactions and equity programs,

Qualifikationen

• Have a JD from a US-accredited law school and 5+ years’ experience in legal practice.
• Experience with securities law compliance, corporate governance, and international subsidiaries.
• Experience in structuring and negotiating financing, M&A, and other strategic transactions.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely.

Aufgaben

• Lead all areas related to the company’s global securities laws matters and related compliance.
• Manage global subsidiaries, including board meetings, entity structure changes, inter-company agreements, and local compliance.
• Assist with board agendas and materials, and maintain records of meetings and corporate actions.
