Role focuses on securities compliance, international subsidiaries, and equity programs, with a fast-paced, problem-solving environment and a strong, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• JD from a US-accredited law school.
• 5+ years of legal practice experience.
• Strong knowledge of securities law compliance and corporate governance.
• Experience advising on international M&A and complex transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead global securities law matters and compliance.
• Manage subsidiary network and international entity changes.
• Assist with board materials and corporate actions.
• Oversee stock plan and negotiate equity transactions.
• Lead deal execution for fundraising and M&A.
• Manage investment portfolio and venture deals.
• Design processes to scale legally and commercially internationally.
