Nexthink, a leader in digital employee experience management, seeks a Corporate Controller to oversee global accounting, reporting, and internal controls. You will drive global processes, enhance financial systems, and lead audits, reporting to the CFO.

This is a high-impact, globally scoped role requiring strong leadership across senior stakeholders. The position emphasizes building robust internal controls, supporting M&A activity, and mentoring a global team in a fast-growing tech

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA required.
• Minimum of 15 years of accounting experience in public company and PE backed environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global controllership functions including financial reporting, accounting, and tax.
• Oversee US GAAP audits and statutory audits globally.
• Manage monthly/quarterly/year-end closes, consolidation, and financial statements.
