Exciting fully remote leadership opportunity for a strategic Global Corporate Controller at a fast-growing Private Equity based SaaS company (~$50M). You’ll report directly to the CFO, own NetSuite-driven accounting operations, GAAP-compliant financial reporting, audits, tax, and cash management, and partner on international expansion initiatives. Candidates should have a CPA, experience in public accounting/corporate finance, and a passion for scalable processes in a high-growth, subscription-based business.

In this hands-on role, you’ll join the executive team of our high-growth SaaS partner, overseeing all global accounting functions. You will ensure compliance with US GAAP and international standards, drive on-time monthly/quarterly close and board-level reporting, manage external audits and tax filings, and lead enhancements to our NetSuite platform. You’ll also collaborate closely with senior leadership on cash-flow forecasting, budgeting, process automation, and strategic support for ongoing international expansion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead all accounting operations, including general ledger management, revenue recognition, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and commissions.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and applicable international accounting standards.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage external audits and tax compliance processes.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive international growth initiatives and optimize financial structure globally.
• Enhance financial systems and processes, with a focus on scalability and automation.
• Support cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Provide strategic financial insights to the CFO and leadership team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus).
• CPA certification.
• Prior Controller experience in a Private Equity environment is strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles, including public accounting and corporate leadership.
• Experience in SaaS business models, including subscription revenue recognition.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and international accounting operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, high-growth environment.
