Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in communications or PR, with in-house and/or agency background.
• Experience driving communications as well as advocacy strategies around policy issues.
• Experience in rapid response with internal stakeholders and across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Create proactive and reactive communications strategies on priority policy, regulatory and legal developments.
• Partner with public policy to run impactful campaigns globally to support products and safety approaches.
• Collaborate with Trust and Safety to narrate Epic’s safety features and industry-leading approaches.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to highlight Epic’s business, products, and technology in Latin America and Canada.
• Educate external stakeholders and media about Epic’s regulatory priorities.
• Establish relationships with journalists globally across tech, business, and policy beats.
• Contribute to rapid-response efforts addressing issues with players, consumers, and policymakers.
